Only Organization Admins can create projects. Navigate to your dashboard and click the "Create Project" button. Fill in the project details including name, description, and dates, then click Create.
Can I invite team members to my organization?
Yes! When you create an organization, you receive a unique 6-digit invite code. Share this code with team members, and they can join your organization during signup. Admins can also create users directly from the admin panel.
How does the Kanban board work?
Kanban boards visualize your workflow with customizable columns. Create lists (columns) like "To Do", "In Progress", and "Done", then add cards (tasks) and drag them between columns as work progresses.
What AI features are available?
Tum Tao includes AI-powered task suggestions, project progress analysis, intelligent recommendations, and a chat assistant that helps with project planning and task management.
How do I track time on tasks?
Each task has a built-in time tracker. Click on a task, start the timer when you begin work, and stop it when done. Time logs are automatically saved and visible in reports.
Can I attach files to tasks and cards?
Yes! Both tasks and Kanban cards support file attachments. You can upload documents, images, and other files directly to tasks or cards for easy reference.
How do notifications work?
